It Starts with Management
It’s our policy to manage and conduct business in a manner that offers maximum protection to each and every employee and any other person that may be affected by our operations.
Open Door Policy
We solicit and receive comments, information, and assistance from employees with regards to safety and health. If something isn’t crystal clear or someone has a right to worry, we need to know about it.
Designated Safety Director
Our Safety Director is responsible for ensuring that employees are trained on and follow all safety and health policies, procedures, and rules established by
this company.
Training & Certification
Every one of our technicians, pipefitters, fabricators, and installers have been through extensive safety and health related orientation. They also hold the appropriate licenses and certifications required for the jobs they perform.
Record Keeping
The Payroll/Benefits Administrator keeps records of all work-related injuries and illnesses. They also maintain and review records of all safety audits and inspections that are conducted.
Safety Audits
The Safety Director looks for recurring accidents and repeatedly identifies hazards. This enables them to recommend corrective measures and to improve our safety program accordingly.
Safety Procedures
It’s not always possible to avoid hazardous conditions. As such, our employees are trained on how to safely navigate electrical hazards, deal with chemical exposure, prevent falls, and perform safe lifts, just to name a few.
Personal Protective Equipment
While on jobsites, our team is armed with personal protective equipment (PPE) including steel-toed boots, hard hats, safety goggles, and earplugs. They also have first aid kits on all jobsites and on trucks.
Work Site Review
Before we begin a job, we survey the space and circumstances. We also talk to building management for more information. We need to know what the possible risks and hazards are, so our team comes fully prepared.

While we can tell you all about how vital safety is to us, we also recognize how important it is to have an objective means for measuring safety.
Experience Modification Rate (EMR)
