This project modernized the climate control systems in three different facilities for the Garden City Schools. The installation was carefully planned to minimize disruption to school activities, with work scheduled during off-peak hours or school breaks whenever possible.
The new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system was specifically chosen for its energy efficiency and ability to maintain consistent temperatures across different zones within the schools.
By upgrading to VRF, the schools will improve the comfort of students and staff. In addition, they’ll receive significant savings on energy costs due to the system’s advanced technology that adjusts cooling capacity according to demand.
