WSU Ablah Hall

The project’s goals were to replace an aging mechanical system, improve energy efficiency, and reduce maintenance costs.

Crews replaced the old steam heat exchanger, heating water pumps, and chilled water pumps. The new equipment was selected for its advanced technology and eco-friendly features, ensuring that Ablah Hall would meet the latest environmental standards. By replacing the outdated systems, the project provided more reliable and efficient heating and cooling, enhancing comfort for all occupants.

The transition to the new system was carefully planned to minimize disruption and ensure a smooth changeover, with the team working diligently to complete the installation on schedule.
